1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GZ7 Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use GZ7 Pro.

3. Credit System

GZ7 Pro uses a credit-based system. Free credits refresh daily and cannot be accumulated. Subscription credits reset monthly with no rollover. Top-up credits never expire. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create using GZ7 Pro on paid plans. Content generated on free plans is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use generated content to train competing AI models.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use GZ7 Pro to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to moderate content and suspend accounts that violate this policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Paid plan users will receive at least 30 days notice for material changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

GZ7 Pro is provided “as is” without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
